Our guiding principle is a high level of advice in the most cost-effective manner. Wherever possible we work to clear fixed fees, calculated on an hourly rate of £150, so you know the cost before you commit.

Business & sponsor licences
- Application for sponsor licence£1,200 – £1,500
- Attending site inspection£800

Appeals & tribunal representation
- Notice of appeal submission£500
- Full hearing representation£1,500 – £2,000

What your fee includes
- Taking your initial instructions and reviewing your paperwork

- Preparation of the application and any witness statements
- Legal representations and appeal papers
- Instructing barristers where representation is needed
VAT, disbursements & payment
- All fees are subject to VAT at 20% (you may be exempt if you are not ordinarily resident in the UK).
- Disbursements are additional, Home Office fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, barristers, interpreters, tribunal fees and expert reports are billed separately.
- Fees are payable in advance of work commencing, by debit card, bank transfer, cash or cheque in pounds sterling.
